I'm Brian Schwartz — CFO, business coach, and someone who has spent years working inside the world you're navigating.

My wife, Loriann, founded and leads The Arise Group, a multi-clinic speech, feeding, and occupational therapy practice in Middle Tennessee. As CFO, I work alongside her managing the financial strategy, operational systems, and business health of a growing therapy organization. I've lived through the hiring crises, the billing headaches, the cash flow gaps between payroll and insurance reimbursements, and the hard work of building something sustainable in this industry.

That experience is what brought me to coaching. I saw how many clinic owners — talented clinicians who built something real — were struggling with the business side alone. No CFO. No financial clarity. No one who understood both the clinical world and the numbers behind it.

That's the gap I'm here to fill.

Beyond the clinic world, I bring 20 years of experience in financial strategy, sales, wealth management, and business consulting. I currently serve as a fractional CFO for a non-profit and run Blackiron Business Solutions, a management consulting and commercial real estate firm.

I coach because I believe business done well is a form of stewardship. My faith shapes everything about how I work — with honesty, genuine care for your success, and a long view of what building something really means.
